Chef Paul Joins Chicago Public Radio for Benefit, May 27th

Eat to the Beat on Thursday, May 27th! Chef Paul Kahan teams up with Chicago Public Radio hosts Jim DeRogatis and Greg Kot to create a multi-course menu inspired by their music selections.

Desserts will be prepared by Chef Mindy Segal and Lush Wines & Spirits will provide the wine pairings.

Dinner begins at 7 p.m. at Blackbird.

All proceeds go to benefit the radio program Sound Opinions and Chicago Public Radio. Donations are $175 per guest. Buy yours at: www.tinyurl.com/eat2beat.
