Blackbird's Nunavut Char, Beer and Wine Dinner, Wednesday, August 18

It’s a locals-only dining event here at Blackbird on Wednesday, August 18.

Gathering to join Blackbird’s own Chef de Cuisine Mike Sheerin and Pastry Chef Patrick Fahy are some of Chicago’s other finest chefs including:

Curtis Duffy – Avenues
Bryian Enyart – Topolobampo
Phillip Foss – Lockwood
Todd Stein – Cibo Matto
Andrew Zimmerman – Sepia

Organized by “The Fishmonger” Carl Galvin of Supreme Lobster & Seafood Co., this six-course meal features one course by each chef preparing Nunavut char. Each course comes matched only by the wine and beer pairings provided by Chicago’s own Goose Island Brewery, North Shore Distillery and nearby wineries Cherry Creek Cellars, Shady Lane and Chateau Grand Traverse.

Reception at 6:30 pm
Dinner at 7 pm
$125, plus tax & gratuity
