Salon Series 2010
An avant-garde evening is upon us when Blackbird hosts the next Salon Series Dinner. On April 21, the upstairs dining room transforms into a private art gallery dedicated to photographer Greg Stimac and film-maker Jennifer Reeder.
Joining the artists is our own Chef de Cuisine, Mike Sheerin, who rolls out a five-course meal inspired by the installation. Accompanying each course comes a specialty wine pairing selected by chef and our in-house wine director.
Priced at $115 before tax and gratuity, the evening kicks off with a 6:30 pm reception followed by a 7 pm seating. Space is limited so reserve yours today by calling 312.715.0708.
